Chairman of Arihant and EV homes Ashok Chached exposed social nuisance who tried to tarnish group’s image

Mr.Mirje, a self-proclaimed social worker, recently accused Arihant Group of Builders of irregularities in the reconstruction project on a local channel.Ashok Chached, chairman of Arihant Group Builders, immediately held a press conference in Vashi on Friday 27th August to expose Mirje’s conspiracy and also to prove how baseless his allegations were.Ashok Chached has challenged Mirje to come face to face on August 30 and prove the allegations. The Arihant Group will also file a lawsuit against local channel for spreading defamatory news.

Ashok Chached said that Citizens staying in dangerous buildings in Navi Mumbai were dreaming of house in reconstructed buildings since 2009.In 2014, the then state government took a positive decision on redevelopment policy which relieved these citizens.Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s Town Planning Department and Standing Committee conducted a thorough study and formulated criteria for the reconstruction project subject to the Government.In 2020 Government imposed Unified development control and promotion regulations (UDCPR). According to this policy all the common utility areas were encorporated in FSI.Although this decision would cause some losses to builders and developers, they finally agreed upon as the people staying in dilapidated buildings would be getting their homes.

Chached said that it’s their next generation which is taking follow up for their homes.They are waiting since last many years.The total construction site is 40 lakhs square feets.It’s a huge project but anti-social elements like Mirje are misleading the poor citizens here and creating hurdles for the completion of this project. Mirje has no knowledge of the reconstruction project process and policy. He is using untrue issues to increase his own political popularity.

Ashok Chached questioned that will Mirje answer these questions ? Will he bring the complainants face to face ? If there is an allegation of malpractice in three societies like Ekta, Kailash, Shraddha then why this complaint was not raised to the Registrar of Societies ? why Mr.Mirje is shooting RTIs in NMMC ?What percentage of complainants out of 1345 dilapidated house holders are with you ? If there is not at all involvement of financial and social loss how would one be taking this matter to CBI or ED ?He must stop fooling poor people.He is not only disturbing the reconstruction project but he is insulting political leaders like CM Uddhav Thackeray, Ex CM Devendra Fadanvis, Minister Eknath Shinde, hon.Ganeshji Naik, MLA Mandatai Mhatre also.These political leaders are vigilant leaders who worked extensively since last decade to establish the policy of reconstruction of dilapidated houses.It’s time to implement the policy,but anti-social elements like Mirje are disrespecting the hard work of all the political leaders.
