Got confused with the title? actually it is confusing.. however that’s the new success Mantra especially for those who born in seventies and eighties.We are termed as generation X. This generation is fond of remembering those golden old days.But we will have to come out of that “those were the days…” aura as soon as we can.
In todays techno savy World we have learned so many new things.Artificial intelligence,Auto repair systems,Self rejuvenation schemes,Robotic science were the dream stages during our college days.Generation X deserves appreciation because they have witnessed and adjusted all the phases of development.As an example this generation has enjoyed telephonic revolution of ring dial land line phones to todays smart phones.
Why we must learn to unlearn as change is the only constant thing! What we could have done to reach here so far may not work for us again or any one else any more.We use to think of entire life while choosing academic carrier.In current scenario the need is to think only 3 to 5 years ahead.Thats exactly how M S Dhoni look at the game.Three things will be the key to move ahead flawlessly.First and important is creativity! With immense of compitition in almost every industry and segment once a strength is a mandatory thing these days.Mee too policymakers won’t lead the market any more.
Second thing is emotional intelligence.Even Though artificial intelligence is the need of hour, emotional intelligence is equally important.Those who deal with large number of people will have to deal with them emotionally.Sentiments are not at all recognised now a days.We must consider people working for us as our assets.These assets will produce revenue,reputation,rewards and recognition for entrepreneurs hence focus on them rather than focusing on immortal assets.
Last but not the least is unlearning all that which may have given you recognition as scholar or sincere.Be students,get inclined towards every new thing that has thrown to you.You may get people to get the job done.if you learn you will be able to control them with more authorities.So be creative,develop emotional intelligence and learn to unlearn.
