Corporators M K Madhavi and his wife Vinaya Madhavi held a press conference in Vashi on Friday and made serious allegations that reservation process is manipulated from white house.even though he didn't take names of culprit but he was clearly pointing at Naik and his family members.
Madhavi said that returning officer has not only missguided state election commission but also turned and twisted order issued by commissionerate.he made serious allegations that entire reservation process is highly manipulated from white House under the supervision of rulling party.Madhavi and his wife has challenged entire reservation procedure in the honarebl Bombay High court.
Madhavi is expecting the decision on his pitition number 4036/ 2020 and 4000/ 2020 on Monday. Madhavi said that rulling party has always used govt officers as a tool to win the elections.This type of manipulations is the success formula for last 25 years rulling.Madhavi added that ward reservations are designed to keep away strong opposition voices from NMMC house. He also quoted that Namdev Bhagat is also the sufferer.
Madhavi said that order issued by EC is carrying wrong information as it says that this is fourth election of NMMC where as it's actually sixth.Madhavi has demanded brain mapping test of then additional commissioner Amol Yadav and deputy commissioner Avinash Sanas. M K Madhavi claims that reservation process has to be declared by lottery procedure.This procedure has to be carried with honesty and transparency.Its duty of RO to conduct the procedure with honesty,however the reservations were known to concern candidates even before tow months.He was surprised to know that ward 16 was declared as SC/ST woman's reservation even before beginning of lottery procedure.
Madhavi is sitting councilor from ward no 18,Vinaya Madhavi is sitting councilor from ward 16.Both of them has devoted themselves for welfare and well being of the people living in Airoli.For last about more than two decades Mr and Mrs Madhavi are actively working for the people of Airoli and due to their honest, sincere and hard work they are unanimously elected for last 4 terms.
As per the rotation reservation policy Madhavi claims that ward no 16 would be for open category male or at the most OBC category male.
